How much do top bloggers earn?
The monthly income of the world's top bloggers varies widely.
The majority earn between $100,000 and $200,000 every month, or more than a million dollars a year. That's more than most small business CEOs.
But this income can be even higher: the highest-paid blogger earns up to a million dollars a month!
How do these bloggers make their money?
There aren't that many ways to make money with a blog. Almost all top-earning bloggers use the same techniques:
- Advertising is the easiest and most passive way to monetize your blog. By adding one or more advertising inserts to the site, the blogger receives money either for each click on the ad, or according to the number of views.
- Affiliate marketing is currently the most widely used method. The blogger must associate himself with a brand and present the product on his site. Using a hypertext link, he sends the reader to a sales page. The blogger then earns a commission on each sale or click.
- The sale of digital or physical products is an important part of bloggers' income. They can market different types of product, such as online training courses, ebooks, books, printed matter, etc.
- Writing sponsored articles is also a good way to earn money. All they have to do is write an article about a particular product and get paid by the brand for it.
